Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper.
Mix the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of the lined springform pan. Place the pan in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
Using an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Beat for about 4 minutes until light and fluffy. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with a whisk attachment until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream and chopped Oreos into the cream cheese mixture. Pour the mixture into the crust and smooth it out evenly.
Cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap and chill for 5 hours or overnight before serving. Enjoy chilled.
