Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
Place the cut sirloin steak in a gallon-sized Zip-loc bag.
In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients. Pour the marinade over the beef in the bag. Seal the bag, removing excess air. Marinate in the fridge for 3-6 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (450-500°F).
Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into 1 1/4 inch pieces. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and fresh ground pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto the skewers, discarding any leftover marinade.
Grill the kabobs for 3-4 minutes per side (all 4 sides) for a medium-rare to medium doneness.
